Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can browse our store, click on a product, click on the “Add to Cart” button, and then go to the checkout page either by clicking on the pop button for “Check Out” or by clicking on the cart button in the upper right corner at the top (looks like a handbag) to pull up the items in your cart and then click on the black “Check Out” button. On the Check Out page, fill out your contact and payment information and then click on the teal “Pay Now” button at the bottom. 

Q: How do I download my digital product?

A: You will receive two emails. The first is a confirmation of your order while the second has the link to download the product. Click on the teal “Access Downloads” button and it will take you to a page with all of the items that you have purchased. Click on the teal Download” button next to the product and it will take you to Dropbox where you can download your product. If you don’t see the second email, check your spam/junk folder or contact our office via email orders@drdougweiss.com or call 719-278-3708.

Q: Do you offer returns and refunds for digital products?

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
